Question?

What kind of artwork should I provide?

Answer:

Depends on the job.  Screen print jobs are genreally spot color.  So vector art generated from Illustrator or CorelDraw is Ideal.  If you use Illustrator send an .EPS file, or CorelDraw send .cdr file version X4. DTG (Direct To Garment) .png file, 300dpi, rgb mode with a transparent background Embroidery - we need 2 files - 1. run sheet (.jpeg, or .pdf), and 2. .dst file

Question?

What if I can’t supply the files listed above nor know how to use art programs.

Answer:

No problem.  We suggest you utilize the art service at www.Artworksource.com .  You can simply take a picture of art you were provided and submit it to artwork source and they will redraw it in a vector form from $15 to $60. Upon ordering with them you will be asked several questions to ensure you get the right type of file we need.  When it comes to embroidery, it is basically the same thing.  take a picture of the embroidered garment they already have and submit it to artwork source.  Most jobs ae $30 for digitizing.  Artworksource usually has the art ready for you at the beginning of the next workday (Mon- Fri).  If you need artwork done from scratch we recommend that you search out a local artist in your area via Criaglist or try Fiverr.com, or try elance.com.
